Can't Run Away From Me-self

Ever try to run away from yourself? It can't be done. Trust me, I have tried. The harder you go the closer you get to yourself-running-away-from-yourself!

Am I trying to be safe? Am I an assassin?

Coincidentally, my Chinese celestial emblem and guardian is supposed to be the Northern "Black Warrior" Tortoise. I don't know exactly what that means except I also imagined a tortoise with a big shell likes to be safe but I guess the mythical denotation is more like 'likes the power of immortality'.

Is immortality safe or just clever? Something else? If you know about the Northern "Black Warrior" Tortoise please tell me about it.
